Our mission

Miss K. is more than just a brand... it's about konfidence (yes, with a k) in who you are and in what you are buying. Miss K. loves fashion and our founder wanted a place where people could find authentic, hand-picked styles by a company that actually cared in making their customers feel beautiful. We want our customers to feel empowered and konfident in every Miss K. outfit.

Return Policy

At this time, we do not accept returns to any orders made. Exchanges only. All exchanges must be made within 7 days from when the shipment was delivered to customer. You may exchange for a different size. In the event that the product is sold out, credit will be applied to your account and placed on the purchase of another style. 


Notice of an exchange must first be made through email to customercare@misskonline.com within 5 days from delivery. 

Items must be in original packaging, with tags attached, without stain marks, odor-free and unwashed with the printed receipt in the box. 


Miss K. reserves the right to reject an exchanged  item if it does not meet the above conditions. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item(s) back to the address provided on your packing slip for the exchange and for the shipping cost of the new item. 

Shipping Policy

Purchased items will be shipped within 3 business days of the order. All shipping will be made through USPS. An email notification will be sent once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive your purchase after 2 weeks of receiving the “shipped” email, please notify us at customercare@misskonline.com


Packages might be left at your mailbox or front door by USPS. Miss K. will not refund or replace any lost or stolen orders marked "delivered" by USPS. For any problem with your package delivery please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim. 


Miss K. is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
